Christopher O'Brien is Head of Market Development & Government Relations for North America for Oerlikon Solar. Previously he worked First Solar and prior to that at U.S. EPA, where he managed the development of the Energy Star Buildings Program. Prior to U.S. EPA, he was a project development manager for AES Corporation. He holds an engineering degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University. He lives in Washington, DC.
