Mr. Reicher is Executive Vice President of Northern Power Systems and is a managing partner of New Energy Capital. From 1997-2001 he served as U.S. Assistant Secretary of Energy. Prior to that, Mr. Reicher was a senior attorney with the NRDC and served as an adjunct professor at Yale University and Vermont Law School. He is a board member of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy, and a board of advisors member at Dartmouth’s Rockefeller Center.
