Ms. Ciocci is the Executive Director of the National Hydropower Association (NHA). Prior to joining the NHA in 1991, Ms. Ciocci was a Senior Legislative Representative with the American Public Power Association where she represented the interests of public power on matters dealing with hydropower, municipal bond and tax issues. Before working with the APPA, Ms. Ciocci spent more than 15 years representing counties, small cities and towns before Congress on issues ranging from rural economic development to telecommunications.
