Advancing Renewable Energy Through Cooperation

Mission
The US-China Program aims to assist the United States and China adopt renewable energy solutions that address the challenges of energy security, climate change and environmental degradation by mobilizing stakeholders on both sides of the Pacific.

Scope
With a focus on markets, finance and policy, ACORE promotes all renewable energy technologies in the international context for the production of electricity, fuels, heat and hydrogen, including:

  • solar energy
  • wind power
  • hydro power
  • ocean/tidal energy
  • geothermal energy
  • biomass
  • biofuels
  • waste energy and fuels

ACORE’s Members Only website connects ACORE Members across the Pacific creating opportunities for partnership & cooperation.

Jiangsu-California Collaboration
ACORE facilitates cooperation between the most progressive regions  in renewable energy in the United States and China. Bringing together government officials, industry leaders and members of academia, the Jiangsu-California Cooperative promotes effective policy implementation and market development.
