Phase II of Renewable Energy in America
December 3-4, 2008
Cannon Caucus Room, US House of Representatives
Be part of the 7th Annual Phase II of Renewable Energy in America National Policy Forum taking place December 3-4, 2008 at the US House of Representative’s Cannon Caucus Building in Washington, DC. With a new President, Administration and Congress assuming command in January 2009, the Phase II conference offers a perfect opportunity for the leaders of the renewable energy community to put on the records their advice to the new government – what do we recommend that they do? The phase II forum will give the nation’s leaders on climate, environment and energy to get their recommendations on the record.
We have invited both Presidential candidates to address the forum, to respond to the advice of the experts.
The Phase II conference is the most well attended renewable energy forum in Washington, DC that brings together leading government officials and prominent business leaders to examine critical policy issues impacting all sectors of renewable energy in the United States and beyond.
The gathering provides a forum for learning and networking among an exclusive group of government officials and leaders of renewable energy industries, associations, utilities, end users, professional service firms, financial institutions, nonprofit groups, and educational organizations.
The 2008 forum will have nationally-acclaimed speakers to call upon our nation to take bold actions as together we move renewable energy into the mainstream of America.
Speakers and a full conference agenda will be finalized by September 2008.
The Phase II Forum is organized by the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE) in conjunction with the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucuses of the US Senate and US House of Representatives, and supported by over 50 relevant associations and nonprofits groups.
Registration will open in late August 2008. Please reserve your place early – there are only 300 seats available.
