The American Council On Renewable Energy welcomes your coverage of a unique slate of U.S. and national renewable energy leaders at this year’s “Phase II” policy conference addressing the global outlook in the context of U.S. policy. Note how this year’s conference will help set the stage for the first-ever, ministerial-level, international renewable energy conference in the U.S.: the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference, WIREC 2008, March 4-6.
