June 13 -- Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) announced today, that effective immediately, Richard J. Mark is promoted to chairman, president and chief executive officer of Ameren Illinois Company, an electric and gas delivery utility subsidiary of Ameren Corporation. Mark replaces Scott A.
