With an impeccable record of success navigating through complex growth markets where technology choices can be difficult, Haresh founded SCS Renewables to solve the business development challenges of a rapidly expanding global renewable energy market.
Haresh’s career began with Texas Instruments just after earning a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Immediately recognized for his remarkable business acumen, Haresh rose through the ranks becoming the youngest manager and most swiftly promoted professional in Texas Instruments’ sales organization history.
By the age of 35, Haresh was recruited to build a world-class sales organization as the Vice President of World Wide Sales at PMC-Sierra. Spearheading the customer acquisition management process, Haresh boosted company run rate from $60M in annualized revenue to over $1B within four years.
Haresh went on to serve as Vice President of World Wide Sales at Agilent Technology where he managed a $2B global sales and marketing team. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at WJ Communications where he directed a corporate turnaround. Haresh successfully led the company from a multi-year loss trend to profitable revenue growth by reengineering business processes and ultimately brokering a sale of the company to Triquint Semiconductor.
Seeing a rapidly expanding renewable energies industry, Haresh seized the opportunity to co-found SCS Renewables and provide clients with comprehensive, optimized solutions for their renewable energy projects.
