The October 17-18, 2005 the Phase II Forum sought to identify the bold and powerful policies that will increase the utilization of renewable energy in the United States, supplying domestic energy, enhancing national security, creating jobs and wealth, improving the environment and human health, and reducing the risks of climate change.
