Higher Education Committee (HEC)

Becoming A Member

To join the Higher Education Committee, academic institutions apply for membership in ACORE by submitting two forms of documentation: the Membership Application Form, and a letter from the President of the institution.  The President’s letter should be an acknowledgement of the institution’s request for membership in ACORE and the HEC, and include the designation of an individual(s) who will represent the institution within the Committee.  Designees should have expertise in one or more of the key mission areas:  use of renewable energy on campus; development of energy/sustainability curriculum; and/or research and development of renewable energy technologies.
