Renewable Policy Forum - Phase II
In December 2004, ACORE and 19 collaborating organizations convened a national policy conference in the Cannon Caucus Room of the US House of Representatives called "The Call for Phase II." The sentiment was unanimous - in favor of shifting the Nation's program from the previous 30 years of RD&D to a new phase of national policy promoting the utilization of renewable energy for the production of electricity and fuels. This began a three-year initiative:
