Michael Giorgione is a retired Rear Admiral from the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps and devoted the past two years to working on energy development projects for RBF Consulting.  He currently leads his own leadership consulting practice, LeadingLeaders, and serves on a number of private business and community boards and commissions.
